  • Absolutely! Our website offers many options for online scheduling. Clicking any ‘Book Now’ button will take you to our online scheduling service.

    The appropriate amount of time will be blocked off depending on the service you want. This ensures we stay punctual for your busy schedule.

    These time blocks consider a brief consultation to determine the treatment plan, the actual time to inject the product/complete the treatment, and a wrap-up to ensure you feel comfortable with all post-care instructions.

  • We do not offer payment plans.

    We have a patient loyalty plan through Allergan called ‘Alle’ and Galderma called ‘Aspire’, which we would happily review with you!

    Cherry and CareCredit are also payment programs outside of EIR.

    Think of it as a "treat yourself now, pay later" plan that you can utilize.

  • We do not accept insurance.

    Insurance companies have deemed these services cosmetic and elective, so they are not covered.

  • Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

    If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of $75.  

    To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    Please call the clinic directly at 720-347-5889 to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour window, and speak with a member of the clinic or leave a voicemail.

  • Each appointment starts with a full-face evaluation and discussion. This helps confirm the service's goals, address concerns, and customize a plan.

    This is even more important during services that require a series of appointments, as it allows the injector to evaluate previous results and build on them to achieve your ultimate aesthetic goals.

  • Aesthetic injectable services are generally very safe, but there are contraindications for specific individuals.

    Botox and filler should be avoided while pregnant and breastfeeding. Also, for individuals who have neuromuscular disorders such as Lambert-Eaton syndrome, myasthenia gravis, ALS, MS, or peripheral neuropathy.

    Please let us know if there are any other conditions you are concerned about, and our team will do a thorough evaluation to determine if the services should be avoided.
